Our Story

Our journey began with a desire to build an energy efficient home that harnessed the thermal mass properties and structural strength of concrete. Unable to find construction methods that met these needs, we decided to engineer and invent our own. After a decade of development and patenting, we are now ready to offer our products and building services to clients across Australia.

Products

The core to our buildings are our patented insulated concrete thermal mass systems for walls, slabs, and roofs. They combine the benefits of thermal mass and insulation into a highly efficient and economical package system that conserves energy without compromising on lifestyle and the comfort of the internal living environment. Hence the motto “Conserve energy, live in comfort”.

The Inventor

Our products have been invented by Sanjiv Gosain (B Tech, MIE Aust). He is a graduate in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India and has considerable technical and management experience in mechanical and electrical engineering as well as energy saving technologies. Sanjiv remains committed to the further research and development of new energy saving and environmentally friendly building solutions.
